Most of our apartments are ideal for single occupancy but can be extended for up to three guests with a sofa bed or twin setup (2x 90 cm beds).

Not a normal fitter's accommodation, but your fitter's room in Hamburg with a home feeling and hotel service! We know the small and large everyday tasks that arise after a day at work. Be it cleaning, washing, shopping or cooking. It's good that we offer solutions for this. In order to make your stay in one of our technician rooms in Hamburg easier, we take on most of the tasks for you.

Our ROOFTOP GYM is located at the top of the 7th floor. There you can devote yourself to your training every day from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. without having to look for a fitness studio nearby or forego your training entirely if you are in Hamburg for work as a craftsman or fitter.

You can enjoy the view over Hamburg and relax on our ROOFTOP terrace after training.

At our WELCOME DESK we are available to you around the clock and can help you with any questions or concerns you may have about your stay. No matter what issue is close to your heart or what information you need, our employees are there for you 24/7.

With us you decide how often and when we should clean your technician's room and change bed linen and towels. For a small fee, we can carry out an extra cleaning in the room at any time and as desired.

After a week we will carry out a free full cleaning in your room.

All rooms are cleaned and handed over according to the highest hygiene standards so that you can feel completely comfortable in your technician's room.

In our EATERY on the ground floor, a rich breakfast buffet awaits you Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and on weekends from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. For €13 per breakfast you can recharge your batteries in the morning for the day. You can enjoy our lunch menu with a variety of offerings Monday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

In our LIBRARY BAR, Thursdays to Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., you can end the day relaxing with a drink and enjoy your evening.

In our ALMOST EVERYTHING SHOP you will find everything your heart desires 24/7. Whether it's a spontaneous midnight snack in your room, a sudden craving for a freshly made sandwich or a forgotten toothbrush. In our shop you will find homemade food that you can warm up in your room and a large number of other snacks and drinks.

Do you need fresh laundry? Are you missing a washing machine in your mechanic's room? On each floor you will find a LAUNDRY ROOM where you can wash, dry and iron your laundry for a small fee. This service can be used via the We Wash app or you can call us at the Welcome Desk.

Staying longer is worth it with our long stay rates. If your stay in Hamburg is planned for at least one to 3 months, you will receive 20% off the current overnight rate. If you book a technician's room for 3 months or more, you can even save up to 25%.

Parking spot

Finding parking spaces in Hamburg is often not an easy matter. Not with us! For our guests arriving by car, there are 162 parking spaces available, which can be used for a small parking fee (currently €10 per day). The longer you stay in Hamburg, the cheaper the parking fees are. If you stay for a month or more, you can park with us for just €150 per month.

If you are traveling electrically, there are charging stations on site to refuel your electric car. There are two separate Tesla destination chargers for Tesla drivers. The charging price is currently €20.
