On the 7th floor you will find our ROOFTOP GYM!


From cardio to strength training - it's all here! You can push yourself to your limits here from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m every day.


You can enjoy the view over Hamburg and then relax a little on our ROOFTOP TERRACE and loosen your muscles.

WELCOME DESK

At our WELCOME DESK we say much more than just welcome. In addition to check-in and check-out, we are the first point of contact 24/7 for all matters relating to your stay.

No matter what issue is close to your heart, we are there to answer any questions you may have and to help you... and of course...we are always ready for a chat.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory – the mantra of a relaxed life also applies to our housekeeping service. Decide for yourself when and how often we should clean your room and change bed linen and towels. Is once a week enough for you? Would you like it to be fresh and clean every two days? Or would you rather do it as needed and on demand? Anything possible – our WELCOME DESK will pass on your wishes.

What does this mean for you specifically: after a week we will carry out a free full cleaning for you.


As already teased, you can order an extra cleaning individually at any time for a small fee.

ALMOST EVERYTHING SHOP

Do you have a craving for a freshly made sandwich at half past twelve in the morning? Did you drop your toothbrush in the toilet at five in the morning? Or do you urgently need a souvenir for your loved ones 5 minutes before departure? The ALMOST EVERYTHING SHOP is there for you 24/7!

In our shop you will find everything your heart desires: homemade food that you can warm up in your apartment or small snacks and drinks for in between - We got your back!

MOBILE IN HAMBURG

Are you traveling without a car or don't want to rush into big city traffic? No problem. With the Stellingen S-Bahn station right around the corner, you have the best access to Hamburg's public transport, which takes you comfortably and reliably to every corner of the city and the surrounding area using the subway, S-Bahn, buses and even scheduled ships.



In addition, if you need your four doors, MOIA's driving service is available. Or you can start your car sharing experience and use our SIXT share cars right in front of the hotel!
