Regionality, freshness, creativity, responsibility in handling food and respect for the guest – do you think you can taste that? We are absolutely convinced you can.


At breakfast, you can expect delicious ingredients for an energetic start to your day. Our breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 10:00 am, and on weekends and public holidays from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. Enjoy our breakfast for just €15.


At lunchtime, we'll conjure up a delicious and varied lunch for you. Come by between 12:00 and 13:30 and enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Our dishes change daily, so there's always something new on your plate.


The EATERY also treats you to delicious dishes in the evenings. From Monday to Thursday, 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm, you can enjoy our buffet-style dinner. This includes a main course, a small fresh salad, and a homemade dessert. The EATERY is the perfect spot for your dinner.

COLLEGE KITCHEN: Eat like your mother used to.

Are you attending a conference with a group and would like to cook together in the evening? Would you like to learn new recipes and tips from our professional chefs? Or perhaps someone in your group would like to share their beloved grandmother's recipe with their colleagues? Then the COLLEGE KITCHEN in our EATERY is the perfect place. Our cooking classes are held here regularly. But groups from outside the venue are also welcome to rent the COLLEGE KITCHEN for their own cooking events. With space for up to 15 people, you can comfortably chop, simmer, sizzle, and of course, enjoy your meal together!

In our shop you'll find everything your heart desires: homemade dishes that you can heat up in your apartment or small snacks & drinks for in between - We got your back!

  • Is there a refrigerator in the room?

    Yes, all our rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge where you can keep your food and drinks cool.

  • Is the "Almost Everything - Shop" open 24 hours?

    Yes! Our shop is open 24/7 and stocked with fresh products. So nothing stands in the way of a midnight snack!

  • Is there a coffee machine in the room?

    Yes, each room has a coffee machine so you can make yourself a fresh cup of coffee at any time. Coffee pods are also provided.

  • Can I bring external guests to the EATERY?

    Oh yes! Everyone is truly welcome here and we always look forward to seeing everyone!

  • Can I also buy cooking food in the shop?

    Unfortunately not. But just 500 meters away you'll find everything your gourmet heart desires, from REWE to an organic market. If you're unsure where to go, just ask at reception; the staff will be happy to help.

  • How can I book the College Kitchen?

    Our COLLEGE Kitchen is currently primarily available for events! If you'd like to cook in the kitchen with your project group, please indicate this directly in the contact field of your meeting room booking. Mustabeschira Malik, the event coordinator at sylc., will then get in touch with you.
