Our cuisine focuses on fresh, regional ingredients, respectful and artisanal preparation of food, and a varied menu.


At breakfast, you'll find delicious ingredients, healthy fruit, and hearty foods for an energizing start to the day. There's a selection to suit everyone. Our breakfast buffet is available Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and on weekends and public holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. You can enjoy our breakfast buffet for just €15.


At lunchtime, we conjure up a delicious, varied lunch for you. Come by from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM and enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Our dishes change daily, so there's always something new on your plate.


The EATERY also treats you to delicious dishes in the evenings. From Monday to Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., you can enjoy our buffet-style dinner. This includes a main course, a small fresh salad, and a homemade dessert. Whether after a long day at work or for a relaxed dinner with friends, the EATERY is the perfect spot for your dinner.

COLLEGE KITCHENEating like mom used to

Are you with a group attending a conference with us and want to do some cooking together in the evening? Would you like to learn new recipes and tricks from our professional chefs? Or would someone in your group like to share their grandmother's favorite recipe with their colleagues? That's what the COLLEGE KITCHEN in our EATERY is for. Our cooking classes are held here regularly. Groups from outside the area are also welcome to rent the COLLEGE KITCHEN for their cooking event. Up to 15 people can comfortably chop, simmer, sizzle, and, of course, enjoy the meal together!

In our shop, you'll find everything your heart desires: homemade meals you can warm up in your apartment, or small snacks and drinks for in between meals - we've got your back!

  • Is there a refrigerator in the room?

    Yes, all of our rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge where you can keep your food and drinks cool.

  • Is the "Almost Everything Shop" open 24 hours?

    Yes! Our shop is open 24/7 and stocked with fresh produce. So nothing stands in the way of that midnight snack!

  • Is there a coffee machine in the room?

    Yes, every room has a coffee machine so you can make yourself a fresh cup of coffee anytime. Coffee pods are also provided.

  • Can I bring external guests to the EATERY?

    Oh yes! Everyone is truly welcome here, and we're always happy to see everyone!

  • Can I also buy food for cooking in the shop?

    Unfortunately not. But just 500 meters away, you'll find everything your heart desires, from REWE supermarket to an organic market. If you don't know where to go, just ask at the reception; the staff will be happy to help.

  • How can I book the College Kitchen?

    Our COLLEGE Kitchen is currently available primarily for events! If you would like to cook in the kitchen with your project group, please indicate this in the contact field of your meeting room booking. Mustabeschira Malik, the contact person for events at sylc., will then get in touch with you.
