Getting Here by Car from the A7

Coming from the north

Leave the A7 at exit 26 - HH-Stellingen and turn right onto Kieler Straße/B4. After 1 km, turn left onto Kronsaalsweg, then right onto Zielstraße after 80 metres. Your destination is a few metres ahead on the right, behind the Bauhaus.

Coming from the south

Leave the A7 at exit A1/B4/B5 towards Elbbrücken/Centrum/Altona and turn left onto Kieler Straße /B4. After 500 metres, turn left onto Kronsaalsweg, then right onto Zielstraße after 80 metres. Your destination is a few metres ahead on the right, behind the Bauhaus.

Getting Here by Car from the A1

From the A1, at interchange 31-Hamburg-Ost, take one of the two right lanes to follow signs for the A24 towards Hamburg-Jenfeld. Take the Horner Kreisel, then exit onto Sievekingsallee (second exit). After 2.1 km, it becomes Bürgerweide. Use one of the two right lanes to turn right onto Wallstraße/Wallstraßenbrücke/B75. Continue straight along Wallstraße/Wallstraßenbrücke, then Sechslingspforte, and turn left onto Schwanenwik. Continue along the road via An der Alster, over Kennedybrücke, along Alsterglacis and Theodor-Heuss-Platz, then onto Edmund-Siemers-Allee. Take one of the two middle lanes to bear half-left onto Bundesstraße.

Continue straight along An der Verbindungsbahn, then Schröderstiftstraße, Schäferkampsallee and Fruchtallee. On Fruchtallee, use one of the three left lanes to turn left onto Eimsbütteler Marktplatz/B5. Follow Kieler Straße for 3.3 km, then turn left onto Kronsaalsweg. Your destination is a few metres ahead on the right, behind the Bauhaus.

Getting Here by Car from Hamburg Airport

From Flughafenstraße, head south and bear slightly right onto Weg beim Jäger. Follow Weg beim Jäger for 2.2 km, then take the first exit at the roundabout onto Spreenende via Papenreye. After 1.2 km, turn left onto Kollaustraße, then take the first cross street on the right onto Niendorfer Straße via Oddernskamp and turn right onto Gazellenkamp. Continue past the roundabout on Gazellenkamp, then after 1.3 km turn right onto Wördemanns Weg. Follow it for 1.2 km, then turn left onto Kieler Straße. After 240 metres, turn right onto Kronsaalsweg, then right onto Zielstraße after another 70 metres. Your destination is a few metres ahead on the right, behind the Bauhaus.

Getting Here by Train

From the main station: Take S-Bahn line 3 towards Elbgaustraße/Pinneberg or S-Bahn line 21 towards Elbgaustraße to Stellingen station. Alternatively, take U-Bahn line U2 towards Niendorf Markt to Osterstraße station. From there, take bus route 4 towards Eidelstedter Platz/Wildacker to Nienredder.

From Altona station: Take S-Bahn line S3 towards Pinneberg or bus route 183 towards Kalvslohtwiete to Nienredder.

Getting Here from Hamburg Airport

Take bus route 392 towards Teufelsbrück and get off at Nienredder. Alternatively, take S-Bahn line S1 towards Ohlsdorf. At Ohlsdorf, transfer to U-Bahn line U1 towards Hauptbahnhof Süd. Get off at Lattenkamp and transfer to bus route 281 towards Eidelstedter Platz, getting off at Wördemanns Weg.

Five bus routes (4, 392, 183, 115, 603) stop right outside our building at the “Nienredder” stop. The S3 / S21 suburban rail station is a short walk away via the “Nienredder” stop (approx. 500 m).

You can check in to your apartment from 3:00 pm on your arrival day, and your apartment is available until 11:00 am on your departure day. If you would like a later check-out, please contact our reception team in good time.

EATERY - Breakfast & Lunch

Our EATERY on the ground floor serves a generous breakfast buffet Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 10:00 am and on weekends from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. Breakfast costs €16.50 per adult and €11 per child. Enjoy our delicious lunch menu, with a varied selection, Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm for just €9.50.

LIBRARY Bar

Current opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 4:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

ALMOST EVERYTHING Shop

It’s been a long day and you’d rather have some time to yourself, or you don’t have time to sit down and relax in the EATERY—but you’re still hungry? At the ALMOST EVERYTHING Shop, put together your own meal package and enjoy it in the lobby, in your apartment or on the go. Tasty food and drinks at reasonable prices are just steps away.

Pets are allowed in the hotel. Please contact us in advance if you’d like to bring your four-legged friend.

There is a LAUNDRY ROOM on every floor. For a small fee, you can wash, dry and iron your laundry here. This service is available via the We Wash app or directly by phone.

Parking Garage

Our parking garage has 162 spaces, plenty of room for everyone arriving by car. As a guest, you can rent a parking space for a small fee—the longer you stay, the less you pay. Please note that the parking spaces in front of the hotel’s main entrance are for loading and unloading only. The current daily parking rate is €14 as of January 1, 2026.

Please note that the maximum clearance height is 2.10 m.

Electric Vehicle Charging

If you’re driving an electric vehicle, there’s no need to trail an extension cord from your room to the parking garage. Our charging station is compatible with all vehicle types, so you can charge your car as soon as you arrive. Tesla drivers can also use our two dedicated Tesla Destination Chargers! The current charging rate is €20

Bicycles

For added convenience and security, a lockable bike room is available during your stay. We offer bike storage for an additional fee of €5.00 per bike, per day.

Alternatively, you can park your bike outside the hotel free of charge.

Here, you can enjoy more than just 1,000 square metres of living space. A whole world of entertainment, culture, nature and action awaits you around our hotel. From the wild animals at Hagenbeck Zoo to the action on the pitch at Volksparkstadion, from big jumps at Jumphouse to vibrant colours at Schwarzlicht Viertel, from a morning swim to an evening at Barclaycard-Arena, there’s plenty to explore nearby. But be warned: it’s not for anyone who likes to be bored!

Would you like to register your temporary address at our sylc. Apartmenthotel? No problem! We’ll be happy to provide you with a landlord confirmation for the registration office.

To make sure everything goes smoothly, please note the following conditions:

Individual bookings:

• Minimum stay: 90 nights
• Deposit: €150.00 (This will be refunded once you have successfully registered or deregistered. Please bring written proof.)
• You must register or deregister within 14 days of check-out. Otherwise, we reserve the right to retain the deposit.

Corporate bookings:

• Minimum stay: 29 nights
• No deposit is required if the company confirms in writing that it will take care of deregistration. If this is not possible, the guest will be charged a €150.00 deposit.

Important: Once you have successfully registered, you are required to pay the German broadcasting fee (GEZ fee). This is currently approx. €15.00 per month.
