Instructions: Instructions for all technical appliances (e.g., microwave, dishwasher, TV) can be found in your apartment. Extra Bed: You are welcome to add an extra bed to your booking for a fee. Iron: There is a LAUNDRY ROOM with an ironing board and iron on each floor. Check-in: You can use your apartment from 3:00 PM on your arrival day. Check-out: You can use your apartment until 11:00 AM on your departure day. If you wish to check out after 11:00 AM, please contact reception. Do Not Disturb: We respect your privacy and will therefore not clean your apartment or disturb you if you hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign. Microwave: You will find instructions for your microwave in your apartment, located directly on the front of the microwave. Minibar: You won't find a minibar in your apartment – but there is a huge minibar in our "almost everything" shop. Trash: If your trash is full, please place it outside your door, and it will be collected and disposed of during the day. If you are staying longer than 7 nights, your trash will be automatically removed by our housekeeping staff. Sewing Kit: You can obtain a sewing kit at reception. Non-smoking Apartments: All our apartments are non-smoking. A €250.00 fee will be charged for non-compliance. Bar Night Owls can round off their evening stroll or concert visit at the Barclaycard Arena with a nightcap at our LIBRARY BAR from Friday to Saturday, 4 pm to midnight. Coffee lovers will also find plenty to enjoy. Breakfast: In our EATERY on the ground floor, you can enjoy a generous breakfast buffet Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 10:00 am and on weekends from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. Breakfast costs €15 per person for adults and €10 for children. Lunch: In our EATERY on the ground floor, you can enjoy a freshly prepared lunch menu with a varied selection Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm. Our lunch highlights are available for just €8.50. Restaurant: Our EATERY offers everything from a hearty breakfast to a freshly prepared lunch menu.
