Modern & functional apartments are waiting for you, that will convince you with their stylish and easy interior. Our apartments are offering all necessary amenities like a kitchenette, a smart tv or a rain shower for short and long stays.
The 1000m² campus includes the self-service restaurant EATERY, the LIBRARY Bar, the ALMOST EVERYTHING Shop with delicious snacks & an own parking lot counting 162 spaces. Our meeting area is offering a calm and inspiring place to work in a smart atmosphere. Following the motto "simplify your life", our guest enjoy the highest comfort, that bothers you at the minimum and can focus on the things that are the most important. And for everyone who likes it the sporty way can train in our ROOFTOP GYM.

Around our house the whole world of experiences, culture, nature and action stands open to you in Stellingen. Starting with the wild animals in the Hagenbecks Tierpark and the wild players in the Volksparkstadion, going on to the jumping stars at Jumphouse and the light colours at Schwarzlicht Viertel, over to the mornings at the pool of Freibad Poseidon and the evenings at Barclaycard Arena - the neighbourhood offering is huge around the sylc.
